RESERVATIONS:

To secure a private dining reservation, a signed contract and valid credit card number are required. For groups of 21+ guests, a prix fixe menu is recommended. Menu and wine selections must be determined five days prior to the event. Guest will be billed for the food and beverage minimum or actual purchases, whichever is greater. Any shortages on unmet minimums will be charged as a room fee.

TABLE AND ROOM SETUP:

Anjou will prepare and set for the most up-to-date number of guests provided. Table setup must be determined 24 hours prior to the event. Guests may bring decorations with approval. Items that will not be allowed include noise makers, confetti or anything adhered to the walls.

MENUS AND ORDER TAKING:

In consultation with Anjou, the guest shall select a menu from the list of provided options. Anjou can customize menus in order to suit the guest’s needs. In the event of a speaking program, orders will be taken completely before the speaking and/or program begins.

DELIVERIES:

Guest may bring in cake or dessert with approval prior to the event. Cakes, floral arrangements and gifts may be delivered to Anjou on the day of the event between the hours of 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm. Anjou staff will cut and serve cake as needed. The Anjou staff is not professionally trained to cut cakes, so please advise if you have a preference on the cake cutting.

TAX AND CONTRACTED SERVICE CHARGES:

Mississippi state sales tax of 8% will be added to the final bill unless a valid tax exempt form is provided five days prior to the event. We request a 20% gratuity for private dining events. The gratuity is discretionary, thus if you wish to pay a different amount, please let us know at the time of booking.
